01The service
Regu lets you build a website by describing your business. From what you type or say, AI prepares your site's text, design and code; you can preview it, ask for changes and publish it when it's ready.
Regu is provided by Mehmet Maşa.
- Address: Hacıilbey Mahallesi, Ali Hikmet Paşa Caddesi No: 27/C, Altıeylül, Balıkesir, Türkiye
- Tax office and number: Kurtdereli Tax Office, 6131161237
- Email: hi@regu.io
02Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Regu. The service is meant for businesses and business owners.
- You can sign up with an email and password, with Apple or with Google. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe; if you notice activity on your account that you didn't authorise, write to us right away.
- One person, one account. Collecting the sign-up credit again by opening several accounts is not allowed; if we notice it, we take back the extra credit and may close the accounts.
03Content produced by AI
Your site is prepared by AI, and AI makes mistakes: it may write a wrong price, miss an opening hour, add a service your business doesn't offer, or fill a gap you didn't describe with its own guess.
Checking your site before you publish it is your responsibility — especially prices, address and contact details, opening hours, and anything related to health, legal or financial matters. As the one who publishes it, you're responsible for the content on your site.
Images we generate for your site are made by AI. Even when they look like real photos, they don't show your business.
04Your content and your rights
- Everything you give us — what you tell us, the photos and logos you upload, your business details — belongs to you.
- You allow us to use that content only as far as needed to provide the service: to store it, send it to the AI, build your site and publish it. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.
- You're free to use the text, images and code the AI produces for you on your site and in your business. The AI may produce similar results for other users, so we don't guarantee you any exclusive right to that output.
- You must hold the rights to what you upload. Don't upload photos, logos or text that belong to someone else without permission.
- The Regu name, logo, app and the base template sites are built on belong to Regu.
05Acceptable use
You may not use Regu to:
- publish unlawful content or promote an unlawful activity
- run scams, fake promotions or phishing (such as imitating another organisation's sign-in page), or impersonate a person or business
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or personal rights
- publish hate speech, incitement to violence, sexually explicit content, or any content that exploits children
- distribute malware or send unsolicited bulk messages
- use the environment your site runs in for anything else (such as crypto mining or attacking other systems), or try to get around the service's limits or security
If these rules are broken, we may take your site offline, or suspend or close your account. Unless it's urgent, we'll write to you first.
06Premium subscription
Building and previewing a site is free; publishing requires a Premium subscription. The subscription belongs to your account and covers all of your sites.
- Plans: monthly and yearly. The current price is shown on the purchase screen in your own currency.
- Payment: A subscription bought in the app is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. A subscription bought on the web is charged through Stripe.
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling: Cancel an App Store subscription on your iPhone under Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, and a web subscription from subscription management in your account settings. After you cancel, Premium continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Changing plans (App Store): Switching to yearly takes effect right away; switching to monthly takes effect at the end of the current period.
- When your subscription ends: Your published sites go offline and return to drafts. Your sites, chats and content are not deleted; you can publish again when you resubscribe.
- Refunds: Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web payments, write to hi@regu.io.
07Credits
Every job the AI does on your site — replying to your messages, editing pages, generating images — uses credits. The amount deducted is based on the actual processing cost of that job; your current balance is shown in the app. Credits are only for developing your site with AI; they can't be used to publish it — publishing requires a Premium subscription.
- Sign-up credit: You get 300 credits once, when you create your account.
- Premium credit: Premium subscribers get 1,000 credits every month; on the yearly plan, credit is also given monthly. Premium credit must be used within the month: what you don't use doesn't carry over, is removed when the subscription ends, and can't be refunded or claimed back.
- Credit packs: Credits you buy don't expire; you can use them for as long as your account is open, even after your subscription ends.
- Order of use: The AI uses the month's Premium credit first, then the credits you bought.
- Credits can't be exchanged for money, can't be transferred to another account, and are lost when you delete your account.
- If you run out of credits, the AI won't start new work; your published site stays online.
08Domain names
You can get your own domain name (such as yourbusiness.com) for your site through Regu. Regu is not a domain registrar but an intermediary: registration is done through our partner registrar, Domainnameapi.
- The domain is registered in your name. Registration requires your name, address, phone number and email; as domain rules require, these are passed to the registrar and to the registry for that extension.
- Registration is for one year. Once registration is complete, the domain fee is non-refundable.
- Renewal is not automatic. The domain is extended by a year when you pay the renewal fee. If it isn't paid before the domain expires, the domain lapses and can be registered by someone else. Renewing after expiry may incur late or redemption fees set by the registry.
- Domain prices are set by the registry and the registrar and may change; a renewal is charged at the price in effect when you pay. Paying on time and any price changes are your responsibility.
- Our price is higher than the registrar's list price: the difference covers the DNS service we run for your domain, taxes and payment processing fees.
- DNS and SSL setup and connecting the domain to your site are done automatically.
- Some extensions, such as .com.tr, are not sold.
- If you want to move your domain to another provider, write to hi@regu.io and we'll help you with the transfer.
09Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings in the app or on app.regu.io; if you can't use either, write to hi@regu.io. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your published sites go offline right away, and your sites, chats, content, credits and the visitor messages your sites have received are deleted.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple doesn't allow us to; you need to cancel it separately in Settings.
- A web subscription is cancelled automatically when your account is deleted.
- Domains you've bought stay registered in your name at the registrar. If you want to move your domain, write to us before deleting your account.
We may also close your account for a serious breach of these terms.
10Warranty and liability
We work to keep Regu running without interruptions or errors, but we can't guarantee it. The service can be affected by outages at the infrastructure providers it depends on (such as hosting, payments and domain registration), and we may change, improve or remove features over time.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service (such as lost profits, lost business or lost data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this limitation.
11If you downloaded the app from the App Store
If you got the app from Apple's App Store, the following also applies:
- These terms are between you and Regu, not Apple. Regu, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
- You may use the app only on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Usage Rules. This licence is not transferable.
- Regu is responsible for maintaining and supporting the app; Apple has no obligation to do so.
- If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you can notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Regu, not Apple, is responsible for any claims relating to the app, such as product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, or consumer protection claims.
- If a third party claims the app infringes their intellectual property rights, Regu, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending and settling that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must also comply with the terms of any third-party services you use with the app (such as your internet provider).
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms; once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current date is always shown at the top of this page. We'll email you about any significant change affecting your rights or payments before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Balıkesir have jurisdiction over disputes. If you're a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and consumer court where you live is preserved; if you live in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country also apply. If there's a dispute, please write to us first at hi@regu.io — most issues get solved that way.
